Not much new going on here.

Here are some recent pictures that I have taken. Last night Parker was watching her favorite show, Dancing with the Stars. She talked Matt into dancing with her. They were doing the, "Possie Doblea" That's how Parker pronounces it. It was too cute.

This was her final pose!

Both girls decided that playing in the storage tubs was much better than playing with the stuff in the tubs.

Ozzie was neutered yesterday, so he wasn't feeling all that well. He's better now, and calmer!

Check out this mushroom that we ate for dinner. Grandpa Doug found it and MANY more in his special spot! It wasn't even the biggest one. They were delicious! We laid it next to Harper's leg for comparison.

8 days of school left! I can't wait. I'm not 100% positive, but I'm 99% sure that I'll not be teaching first grade next year. Possibly second grade instead. If so, I'm excited about the change! I'll know more soon.

Happy Mother's Day to you! And me!

Today was a great mother's day! Harper slept in until 8. However, she was pretty cranky throughout the day. Her 4 new teeth are about to pop through.
We got up and took our annual mother's day photo. This year was just slightly different. Ever since my very first mother's day, I've taken a picture of Parker (last year we added Harper) by the tree outside with the yellow french tulips that grow beneath. The neat thing about them is that they don't get blooms until mother's day.
Last year, Matt tilled up that area and accidentally dug up my tulips. I replanted them or so I thought. This year they grew, but no blooms. Too deep. So this year I was bummed. Yesterday, I went shopping for some replacement flowers. And luckily, I found the exact flowers at Krogers. Thankfully, we were able to take my annual mother's day photo. years now!
Then we went to church. After church, we went to eat breakfast at Bob Evans with Papaw & Mamaw Maier, Mammy & Pappy. Then we went to Jack's Aquarium. Then we made a mother's day delivery to Nana. Then, off to Grandma Rosie's where everyone was there to celebrate!
It was a great mother's day. I hope everyone else had one too!

Happy First Birthday Harper!!!

These photos are a bit late, but better late than never!
We celebrated Harper's first birthday at Grandma Rosie's house on the 26th. It was a great time and Harper got a lot of great stuff! Including this cool car from Mammy & Pappy.

She also got a babydoll from Aiden & Alex. I just loved the card that Parker wrote for her. Her new name is "Hatpet" because Parker's "R's" looked like "T's".
Of course we had cake! She wasn't quite sure at first, but after grandma shoved her fingers in it, she had the right idea!
She really liked the icing!
No more cake, say what?!
Silly Papaw! He put flowers behind her ears!Using her new bubble mower that Mark & Erika got her.

The girls in the new playhouse. (That's what mommy & daddy got her. We knew that both girls would be able to get a lot of use out of it this summer. Today they did!)

The last picture was a great shot of Parker picking her nose! Ha I didn't even notice it until now:)

If Harper could talk, she would like to thank everyone for coming to her party and to thank them for all of the cool presents! She loves them all:) And she loves all of you too!
